DELIVERY

We deliver both Australia wide and Internationally.

Complementary delivery  (Regualr Parcel Post) is given to all orders within Australia over $100.00.

Please note that if discounts, coupons or other offers reduce the value of your order to under $100.00 complementary delivery will not be available.

We use Australia post for both Australian and International delivery.

For Australian Orders:

Orders under $100.00 you will be given the choice of either Regular Parcel Post or Express Parcel Post and charged a flat rate of $8.50 for Regular Parcel Post or $10.85 for express Parcel Post at checkout. Both choices come with tracking facility. You can find details on Australia Post’s website auspost.com.au/track/  As we are based in Perth WA Regular Parcel Post may take up to 5-6 days and Express parcel Post is next day delivery. Please note that delivery times are estimates are supplied to us by Australia Post and not guaranteed.

For International Orders:

International orders will be given the option of either Regular International or Standard International. Please note that Regular international does not not offer a tracking option.  Time frames and costs for delivery vary please refer to auspost.com.au for full details.

Once you have placed an order with KARRi NATURALS you will receive an email confirming your order. If you do not receive an email please verify that you have completed the payment process. All goods will be carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit and to ensure you receive your product in the best possible condition.
Once your order has been dispatched a second email will be sent confirming that your delivery is on its way. Please do check your delivery address carefully at checkout as KARRi NATURALS can take no responsibility for orders with incorrect delivery addresses.

All orders received before 12noon WAST Monday to Friday will be with the postal service the same day. Order received Saturday, Sunday or on Public Holidays will be sent the following business day.
